We have just received confirmation that the issue related to ACH payments has been solved by the payment processor. They have confirmed that all ACH payments that were scheduled for March 1 were successfully processed today.

TO ALL US FRANCHISEES FOR SNAP and YOGAFIT
We would like to alert you to an issue that occurred tonight with one of our payment processors. The March 1 member billing for members using ACH was not able to be processed as scheduled on March 1. The payment processor is working to fix the issue and we have assurance that ACH billing will be processed on Monday, March 4. There is no evidence that any Credit Card transactions for members were affected – we believe this issue was limited only to ACH billing.
